In a nutshell, TMO is a technology provider.

We have developed a platform consisting of a proprietary biological ‘toolkit’ and an elegantly-engineered production process.

This platform is designed to enable the production of a range of bio-based products from non-food, organic feedstocks.

We are currently focusing on the commercially-viable production of bioethanol from agricultural residues and municipal solid waste (MSW).

However, such is the flexibility of our platform that we are able, potentially, to create a wide diversity of fuels and chemical products from cellulosic feedstocks. Click here for further information.

Given the growing urgency of environmental issues along with those of energy security, the broader implications of our technology are highly significant and raises the serious possibility of carbon-neutral, renewable energy on a commercial scale.
