He is a recognized world authority on thermophiles and has been involved in a wide range of governmental, academic and entrepreneurial businesses. He has published over 400 papers and over 20 patents, and is an Honorary or Visiting Professor of three UK universities. | |

Mr. Hughes is a co-founder of TMO. He is responsible for all financial and investor relations matters. Mr. Hughes is an experienced international investment banker having spent 15 years working on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions for a range of ag, ag-biotech, biotechnology and technology businesses. |

Dr. Senior is a co-founder of TMO. He is responsible for industrial liaison, initial business development and commercialization activities. He worked for ICI for 10 years where he developed the world’s largest continuous fermentation facility. Subsequently, he was a co-founder of Delta Biotechnology Ltd. |
